SERVICES
WHAT DO WE OFFER?

Custom Clearance Formalities
In accordance with Hellenic maritime regulations, all yachts arriving in or departing from Greek territorial waters must undergo a detailed port clearance process. We provide full assistance with inward and outward clearance at the local Port Authority, handling crew and guest lists, vessel documentation, transit log (DEKPA or cruising log), and customs declarations. For non-EU flagged yachts, we ensure compliance with temporary admission regulations and coordinate with customs officials for VAT-exempt status when applicable. Our team maintains direct communication with immigration and customs offices to facilitate swift processing and ensure full legal compliance throughout the formalities.
Berth and Moorings
Berthing arrangements in Greece, particularly within the Dodecanese region, are subject to availability, vessel size, and local port regulations. We provide end-to-end coordination for mooring reservations at municipal marinas, private docks, and commercial ports, adhering to the guidelines set forth by the Hellenic Ports Authority. Our service includes pre-arrival notifications, preparation of port entry documents, and liaising with local harbormasters to allocate suitable berths, including stern-to and alongside positions. We ensure all technical specifications—such as LOA, draft, shore power requirements, and water supply—are met, while also facilitating short- and long-term mooring permits as required by Greek maritime law.
Fuel Bunkering
Fuel supply operations in Greece are regulated by both local port authorities and customs offices, especially when duty-free fuel is involved for commercial or charter yachts under specific conditions. We organize bunkering through certified suppliers, ensuring that fuel delivery—whether alongside, at anchorage, or via truck—is carried out in compliance with safety and environmental standards. Documentation such as bunkering slips, tax exemption eligibility (for charter yachts under Greek/EU flag), and customs clearance for bonded fuel is handled by our team. We also provide fuel quality verification upon request and ensure coordination with the port authority for bunkering windows and permits.
Provisions
Yacht provisioning in Greece requires attention to both EU food safety regulations and the specific needs of the yacht’s itinerary, guest preferences, and crew requirements. We source high-quality fresh produce, imported gourmet items, beverages, and dry stores from certified local suppliers, ensuring HACCP-compliant handling and delivery. For vessels requiring bonded provisions or VAT-free supplies (especially those on commercial charter), we manage the customs paperwork and coordinate with authorized bonded warehouses. Delivery is arranged directly to berth or tender, with cold-chain logistics maintained for perishable goods, and our service includes sourcing specialty items upon request with minimal lead time.
